Whether you are a city preparing your economy to be more international or a high-growth company, this workshop is designed to get Europeans acquainted with the process of expanding to new markets, with an emphasis on breaking into the US.
Within the two hour training, participants have the opportunity to explore new markets, assess their international readiness and learn strategies to win new customers abroad.
Jessica Vollman is the founder of The Vollman Group and works with teams to scale operations internationally through strategy, marketing and consistent customer experience. The Vollman Group partners with venture-backed startups, small businesses and government agencies across a variety of sectors. She was one of the first employees at education startup General Assembly, most recently serving as Director of New Market Expansion and developing the strategy to launch the business in 14 markets around the world.
Kajal Sanghrajka is a London-born entrepreneur and founder of Growth Hub. She works with European companies to accelerate their global growth. She started her first company in New York in 2012 and has a breadth of experience across sales, marketing, business development, outsourcing, hiring and fundraising in the US. Growth Hub has worked with both high growth venture-backed startups as well as SME's and corporates within Enterprise SaaS, Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, Professional Services, Transportation and Retail/E-commerce.
The workshops coincide with the 2018 Global Growth Event Series in London, where expert panelists will shed light on overcoming key obstacles on global expansion. This is the place where you'll be able to ask questions on going global and learn from those who have been there and done it successfully.
